Omg!!! Best cookies ive ever tasted in my life. I got the icing sandwich with goey butter & white chocolate fudge with choc. Icing... highly recommended. Their cookies are so moist, warm, fresh , gooey, .... i could go on & on, but yall get the point
I tried hot box cookies for the first time and everything exceeded my expectation! I ordered the half dozen, which included 5 chocolate chip cookies and 1 gooey butter cookie. The staff was welcoming, the store was clean and tidy, and the cookies were WARM as advertised!
Brand new. It seems they are drawing a lot of attention & customers. The most popular cookie seems to be their chocolate chip which caused some folks to have to wait awhile. The staff are professionals & worked diligently to keep up with their orders. Their cookies are delicious.
I use to ride to Hotbox with ny daughter. But now she's riding with me! Lol. I've gotten addicted to HotBox! The employees are always very PLEASANT! Tyrese is always very NICE AND HELPFUL. I love going here.
Came in for a late night visit and Tyrese was super nice and very accommodating, which is consistent for him across the board the times I’ve had my cookie cravings and visited this location. I had the pleasure of being waited on by a gentleman named Tyrese that was very pleasant, professional and took pride in his job. That's something I don't experience much these days.
